Communications & Power Industries Acquires AdamWorks

The Radant Technologies division of Communications & Power Industries (CPI) has completed the acquisition of AdamWorks LLC, a Centennial, Colorado-based designer and manufacturer of advanced composite structures for aerospace and defense applications. AdamWorks will operate as CPI AdamWorks LLC within CPI's Radant Technologies division, expanding CPI's airborne product line and composite engineering capabilities to support commercial aviation, space and defense customers.
