Vitalograph, the family-owned respiratory diagnostics company based in Ennis, Ireland, has acquired Massachusetts-based Morgan Scientific, the developer of ComPAS2 software and a long-standing U.S. distributor for Vitalograph. The acquisition strengthens Vitalograph’s U.S. commercial footprint and integrates Morgan Scientific’s PFT software capabilities to support growth in advanced pulmonary function testing solutions globally.
