Thrust Capital Partners, in partnership with Desjardins Capital, has acquired DCM Group, a Quebec-based manufacturer of aerostructure components, ground support equipment and MRO services. Investissement Québec remains an investor in DCM, and the company's existing management team will remain in place as TCP pursues growth and global expansion of the platform.

The add-on acquisition expands Cadence's specialty processing capabilities and will leverage Premier's facility and management team to support broader Cadence operations and customer base.

Ducommun Incorporated Acquires BLR Aerospace

Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire BLR Aerospace, LLC, a provider of aerodynamic systems and aftermarket services for rotary- and fixed-wing aircraft. The transaction, announced March 20, 2023, is expected to close in Q2 2023 subject to customary conditions and will be financed through Ducommun's revolving credit facility.

NAI Group Acquires KSM Electronics

NAI Group, a Troy, Michigan-based interconnect solutions manufacturer backed by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired KSM Electronics, a Fort Lauderdale-based custom cable, wire harness and electromechanical assembler. The deal expands NAI's aerospace & defense and medical manufacturing capabilities and adds KSM's U.S. and Mexico production footprint to support the combined company's growth.

DRT Holdings Acquires Custom Machining Corporation

DRT Holdings, LLC (DRT), a portfolio company of Mill Rock Capital, has acquired Custom Machining Corporation (CMC), a Denver-based maker of high-speed, high-precision liner systems and parts for the metal packaging industry. The founders, Terri and Allan Ross, will step back following the transaction; CMC will join DRT's Metal Packaging Systems (DRT MPS) segment to broaden product capabilities, aftermarket parts and geographic reach. Terms were not disclosed.

Crestview Aerospace Acquires Kemco Aerospace Manufacturing

Crestview Aerospace, a portfolio company of American Industrial Partners, has acquired Kemco Aerospace Manufacturing, a St. Louis-based precision machining and aerospace components manufacturer. KAL Capital Markets acted as sell-side advisor to Kemco in the transaction, which adds machining capacity and defense/aerospace manufacturing capabilities to the Crestview platform.
