Heniff Transportation Systems, a portfolio company of Olympus Partners, has acquired Coal City Cob Company, Inc., a liquid bulk transportation provider headquartered in Waxahachie, Texas. The transaction — sold by Cotton Creek Capital — expands Heniff's liquid bulk capabilities and geographic footprint, adding over 230 drivers, 500 trailers and multiple terminals including a 27-acre rail-to-truck facility.
