The Heniff family of companies has acquired the Combo Group, a Born, Netherlands–based bulk transporter and tank-cleaning services provider with operations in Born, Geleen (NL) and Straelen (DE). Terms were not disclosed; the acquisition gives Heniff immediate scale in European bulk transportation, tank cleaning and maintenance operations.

Hillebrand Group AG from majority shareholder Cobepa and other shareholders in a bolt-on transaction, integrating Hillebrand into DHL Global Forwarding, Freight as "Hillebrand Gori - a DHL company." The deal, signed in August 2021 and closed March 22, 2022 following regulatory approval, was valued at an equity price of €1.5 billion; Hillebrand operates in over 90 countries with more than 2,700 employees and specializes in ocean freight forwarding for beverages and non-hazardous bulk liquids.
