Grupo Fertiberia, a Triton-backed leader in EU crop nutrition, has agreed to acquire Van de Reijt, a long-established fertilizer wholesaler with waterfront bulk terminals in the Netherlands and Belgium. The acquisition strengthens Fertiberia’s distribution and logistics footprint in the Benelux to support sales of its low‑carbon and sustainable crop nutrition solutions; the deal was expected to close in Q1 2023 subject to customary approvals.
