Champion Wellness Centers Acquires Dr. Lichter & Associates

Champion Wellness Centers, a portfolio company of Monument MicroCap Partners, completed the acquisition of Dr. Lichter & Associates, a longtime chiropractic clinic in Tampa, Florida, as Dr. Lichter retires. The deal is Champion's third add-on since its recapitalization by Monument in March 2024 and will keep the clinic operating at the same location under Champion's clinical team.

Numinus Wellness Inc. Acquires Novamind Inc.

The deal, expected to close in June 2022, creates a combined operator with 13 wellness clinics, approximately C$10 million in pro‑forma annual revenue, and an expected C$3 million in annual cost synergies.

Chiro One Wellness Centers Acquires HealthZone Clinic in Geist (Indianapolis)

As part of the deal Dr. Brian Capra (Founder of Genesis) joins ClinicMind as President of its Professional Services Division, and Genesis clients will gain access to ClinicMind’s expanded RCM offerings and integrations. ClinicMind said the acquisition completes a series of planned deals and further strengthens its position in the chiropractic EHR market.
