Avenue Z Network, a Miami-based communications and digital media company, has acquired Bevel, a Miami-based communications consultancy that serves tech and venture-capital clients. Bevel, founded in 2017 with about 13 employees and offices in Miami, Los Angeles, New York and London, will expand Avenue Z's PR, digital, influencer and content capabilities as the network continues to grow via bolt-on acquisitions.

Avenue Z, a Miami-based hybrid marketing and PR agency, has acquired Varfaj, a Shopify design and development premier partner, to build a full‑funnel growth platform for direct‑to‑consumer brands. Varfaj will be rebranded as Avenue Z, its founder David Conforti will join as Chief Growth Officer, and its Shopify development, CRO and proprietary frameworks will integrate into Avenue Z’s Miami headquarters to expand ecommerce and AI‑led commerce capabilities.

Inszone Insurance Acquires Access Avenue Insurance

Marquis Software Solutions, a Plano-based financial marketing and compliance software and services provider backed by Rockbridge Growth Equity, has acquired ZAG Interactive, a Glastonbury, Connecticut-based website design and digital marketing firm that serves community banks and credit unions. The acquisition will combine Marquis' data analytics and compliance capabilities with ZAG's website, SEO, PPC and social media services to expand Marquis' marketing services for financial institutions; terms were not disclosed.

Zonda Acquires Alpha Vision

Zonda, a MidOcean Partners–backed provider of data and digital solutions for the homebuilding industry, has acquired Alpha Vision, a long-standing provider of interactive floor plans, digital site maps, 3D/VR home renderings and sales engagement software. The acquisition expands Zonda's product suite and enables deeper integration of Alpha Vision's visualization and sales tools into Zonda's listings, data products and AI initiatives for the new-home market.
