Inuvo, Inc. completed a stock-for-stock merger with Vertro, Inc. effective March 1, 2012, making Vertro a wholly owned subsidiary of Inuvo. The deal combines Vertro's ALOT product portfolio and online advertising/search capabilities with Inuvo's marketing technology and publisher network to expand product offerings and realize cost synergies.

The Toro Company has agreed to acquire Venture Products, Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac-branded turf, landscape and snow-management equipment, for $167.5 million in cash. The deal, expected to close before the end of Toro's fiscal 2020 second quarter, expands Toro's professional product offering and is expected to be financed under Toro's existing revolving credit facility; Ventrac reported approximately $100 million in net sales for calendar year 2019.
