Airlite Plastics Acquires Cosmetic Specialties International (CSI)

Omaha-based packaging manufacturer Airlite Plastics has acquired California-based Cosmetic Specialties International (CSI), a U.S. manufacturer of cosmetic containers for the beauty and skincare industries. Bridgepoint Investment Banking served as Airlite's sole buy-side M&A advisor; the deal gives Airlite a West Coast footprint and entry into the cosmetics packaging market.
