The deal is the first add-on for IDS and aims to expand access to bedside diagnostics for skilled nursing, long-term care and home health populations across the Western U.S.

IDS co-founders Jerome Murray and James Truhe retained a minority stake; IDS employs over 275 people and provides the CCaR program portfolio management software to Department of Defense and civilian federal customers.
