Chicago-based private equity firm High Street Capital has acquired a controlling stake in NeoSystems, a Tysons Corner, Virginia-based IT systems integrator and managed services provider focused on the government contractor market. The investment will support NeoSystems' aggressive growth plan — expanding capabilities, adding customer support staff, launching new products, broadening channel offerings, and growing the workforce — while the current management team remains in place.

LightRidge Solutions Acquires Trident Systems

The add-on deal — terms not disclosed — expands LightRidge's capabilities in space mission computing, increases Trident's production capacity, and brings complementary engineering talent into the LightRidge platform.

Highlander Partners Acquires Liteye Systems

The transaction marks the first investment by High Point as Highlander pursues a buy-and-build strategy to create a platform in the C-UAS/UAS and related defense markets to support government and military customers.

System High Acquires ManageYOURiD

The acquired segment includes roughly 110 employees (many in Huntsville, Alabama) and expands System High's engineering, cybersecurity and defense contracting capabilities.
