Charlesbank Technology Opportunities Funds (managed by Charlesbank Capital Partners) has acquired Maltego, the Munich‑based intelligence and link‑analysis platform, with the new owner committing over $100 million to accelerate product development, international expansion, and follow‑on acquisitions. Maltego’s existing management, including CEO Philip Mayrhofer, will remain in place; selling shareholders included Maxburg Capital Partners and were advised by Robert W. Baird.
