ERM Acquires NewFields Environmental Division

On April 1, 2025, ERM completed the acquisition of the Environmental Division of NewFields. The deal brings 110 technical experts into ERM as "ERM NewFields," strengthening ERM’s capabilities in environmental forensics, remediation, data analytics, sediment and marine sciences, hydrogeology and groundwater modeling; the division and associated support services were acquired from NewFields Companies while remaining NewFields businesses continue to operate independently.
