Versa Integrity Group Acquires Element Integrity Group

Versa Integrity Group, a Dorilton Capital-backed provider of non-destructive testing and asset integrity services, has acquired Element Integrity Group. Element — which provides mechanical integrity and NDT services to the petrochemical industry and has offices in Bartlesville, Oklahoma; Karnes City, Texas; and Houston, Texas — will bolster Versa's asset integrity capabilities and expand its presence into Oklahoma and the Eagle Ford.
