KubeNet Acquires ISN Solutions Group

Glasgow-based managed services provider KubeNet, a Maven Capital Partners portfolio company, has acquired Aberdeen-based ISN Solutions Group, a managed service provider with more than two decades of experience serving the energy and professional services sectors. The deal expands KubeNet's UK geographic footprint and service capabilities; ISN will operate under its existing name during an initial transition before being integrated into KubeNet.

U.S. Multimodal Group (ARC network) Acquires TransONE

U.S. Multimodal Group, the parent company operating the ARC drayage network, has acquired 100% of the stock of TransONE, a Memphis-based intermodal drayage, container storage and equipment maintenance provider. ARC/US Multimodal partnered with ARC Industries and several unnamed minority investors to fold TransONE into its growing platform as the fourth drayage location in the network.
