NPK Construction Equipment Acquires Genesis Attachments from KPS Capital Partners

NPK Construction Equipment, Inc. has acquired Genesis Attachments, LLC from private equity owner KPS Capital Partners. Genesis — a Superior, Wisconsin–based maker of hydraulic shears, grapples and demolition attachments with about 130 associates — will be integrated into NPK’s construction-attachments portfolio while KPS retains other holdings (Crenlo Global).
