Pearlman Group Acquires Advantage Experts in Clean

Pearlman Group, a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, acquired Advantage Marketing, Inc. (dba Advantage Experts in Clean), a Midwest distributor of professional cleaning and restoration chemicals, supplies, and equipment. The Bonwell family will continue to lead Advantage in partnership with Pearlman; terms were not disclosed. The deal expands Pearlman's specialty distribution footprint and service/education capabilities in the Midwest.

Quick Roofing Acquires Excel Construction Group

Quick Roofing, a portfolio company of Centre Partners, has combined with Excel Construction Group to create the leading roofing business in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and one of the largest roofing platforms nationally. The combined company operates more than 23 branches (10 in Texas), expands Quick Roofing’s re-roofing and water mitigation capabilities, and will retain Excel founder Felix Salinas on the leadership team.
