Beecken Petty O'Keefe Acquires Midwest Products & Engineering from Pfingsten

Chicago-based Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company (BPOC) acquired a majority equity stake in Midwest Products & Engineering (MPE), a Milwaukee-based designer and manufacturer of mobile and stationary healthcare products. The transaction closed September 24, 2019, as Pfingsten sold MPE to BPOC; financial terms were not disclosed and MPE's CEO Hank Kohl will remain in place to continue growth initiatives under BPOC's healthcare-focused platform.

DXP Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: DXPE) completed the acquisitions of PREMIERflow, LLC and Mid Atlantic Storage Systems Inc., expanding its Innovative Pumping Solutions and Water capabilities. The deals, funded with cash on hand, add project capabilities in pump systems and liquid storage tanks to support DXP's water, wastewater, fire protection and data center end markets.

IDEX Corporation Acquires Flow Management Devices, LLC

IDEX Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Flow Management Devices, LLC (Flow MD) for $125 million in cash, before closing adjustments. Flow MD, a Phoenix-based maker of small-volume provers used for custody transfer accuracy in the oil and gas industry, has approximately $60 million in annual sales and will join IDEX's energy group.

Motion & Control Enterprises Acquires Three ParkerStore Locations from Motion & Flow Control Products

Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) acquired three ParkerStore locations in Williston, North Dakota; Sioux Falls, South Dakota; and Sidney, Montana from Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. (MFCP). The locations will operate under the MCE name and under District Manager Randy Iversen, strengthening MCE’s presence in the Bakken region and adding hydraulics, hose/fitting distribution and filtration capabilities (including a Parker Truck Hydraulics Center).
