The deal expands Watterson's restoration, renovation and recovery capabilities and geographic scale while providing continuity for Bassett Creek's leadership and customers; Gladstone Investment Corporation exited its investment as part of the transaction.

(d/b/a Armstrong's Restoration), a restoration and emergency response provider headquartered in Malabar, Florida. The add-on expands Watterson's geographic footprint with locations in Florida, North Carolina, and New York and integrates Armstrong's leadership and operations into Watterson's national service network.

WestView Capital Partners Acquires Bell and Howell from Versa Capital

Boston-based private equity firm WestView Capital Partners has acquired Bell and Howell, a Durham, North Carolina-based provider of technology-enabled mechatronic and service solutions, from Versa Capital Management (with co-investor Access Value Investors). The sale follows a multi-year repositioning by Versa that transformed Bell and Howell from a legacy mailing systems supplier into a profitable business focused on retail click-and-collect, packaging automation, factory intelligence and service solutions.

Millpond Equity Partners and Wasena Capital Management have acquired Paxton/Patterson LLC, an Alsip, Illinois-based provider of career and technical education curriculum, equipment, lab design and educator training. Terms were not disclosed; Prairie Capital Advisors acted as exclusive financial advisor to Paxton/Patterson and its shareholders. The deal positions Paxton/Patterson for growth as the buyers aim to expand capabilities and scale the company's CTE offerings nationwide.
