Edifecs Acquires Health Fidelity

Edifecs, a Bellevue-based health information technology company, has acquired Health Fidelity, a San Mateo provider of NLP-powered risk adjustment solutions. Edifecs will integrate Health Fidelity (and recently acquired Talix) into its Encounter Management solution to expand its risk adjustment, NLP, and analytics capabilities for payers and providers in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA programs.
