FORT Capital Resources has acquired a majority stake in Malartu, Inc., a data analytics and software firm, and will integrate Malartu's technology and team as its tech development arm to accelerate digital initiatives. The deal is intended to enhance FORT’s integrated vendor finance programs and deepen analytics capabilities to support vendor partners and end-user clients across equipment manufacturers, SaaS companies, and managed services providers.
