Jasper Holdings, Inc., a 100% associate-owned ESOP based in Jasper, Indiana, has acquired Jer-Den Plastics of St. Louis, Michigan. The transaction, advised by Calder Capital, transfers ownership from longtime owner Jeff Stahl to Jasper Holdings to expand Jasper's manufacturing capabilities in rotational molding; terms were not disclosed.
