BPP Acquires Digital Marketing Institute

The acquisition gives BPP ownership of a certification standard, access to a high-growth vertical and a new channel for online course provision to expand into new geographies and markets.

BPP Education Group Acquires Estio Training from Palatine Impact Fund

The deal expands BPP’s vocational and digital apprenticeship offering and follows Palatine’s 2018 investment during which Estio significantly grew revenues and learner numbers.

Babington Acquires Majority of PeoplePlus Apprenticeship Business

The deal brings around 100 employees and nearly 2,000 learners into Babington, expanding its apprenticeship programmes and customer base across England and Scotland.

Back2Work Group Acquires Just IT Training

Manchester-based Back2Work Group, backed by Palatine's Impact Fund, has acquired London-based Just IT Training, a provider of IT and digital apprenticeships and skills bootcamps. The deal adds roughly 196 staff and more than £8m of revenue to Back2Work, expanding its apprenticeship and digital training capability and increasing group revenues to over £20m.
