The deal expands BPP’s healthcare offering by adding pharmacy-focused training capabilities to help address shortages of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians across hospitals, community pharmacies and primary care.

BPP Acquires Digital Marketing Institute

Back2Work Group Acquires Just IT Training

Manchester-based Back2Work Group, backed by Palatine's Impact Fund, has acquired London-based Just IT Training, a provider of IT and digital apprenticeships and skills bootcamps. The deal adds roughly 196 staff and more than £8m of revenue to Back2Work, expanding its apprenticeship and digital training capability and increasing group revenues to over £20m.

Bridges Evergreen Acquires Majority Stake in Skills Training UK
