The deal adds roughly 196 staff and more than £8m of revenue to Back2Work, expanding its apprenticeship and digital training capability and increasing group revenues to over £20m.

The acquisition transfers ownership of the business to City & Guilds to scale its electrical training provision and extend its impact on skills and apprenticeships in the UK.
