VLS Environmental Solutions Acquires SRE Environmental

Houston-based VLS Environmental Solutions, a portfolio company of I Squared Capital, has acquired Phoenix-based SRE Environmental, a provider of commercial and industrial wastewater and solid waste management services. The add-on expands VLS's footprint and capabilities in the western United States, adding evaporation-pond wastewater disposal, tanker transport assets and new customer relationships; financial terms were not disclosed.

SJE, Inc. Acquires LangeTech Inc.

SJE, Inc. has acquired LangeTech Inc., a system integrator and engineering services provider for the automation industry, to grow its Engineered Control Solutions (ECS) business. LangeTech, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, brings system integration, SCADA, control systems and aftermarket services—strengthening SJE's capabilities and U.S. footprint. Terms were not disclosed.

SJE (Audax Portfolio) Acquires L.W. Allen from Gen Cap America

Allen, a Madison, Wisconsin-based designer and manufacturer of water and wastewater control systems and pumps with about 45 employees, will join SJE's Engineered Products team to expand capacity and regional service capabilities.

SI Solutions Acquires SC Solutions, Inc.

The deal strengthens SI Solutions’ technical offerings across energy, process and infrastructure markets and integrates SC Solutions’ expertise into SI’s platform backed by Jumana Capital.

LightBox Acquires Revere

On January 16, 2025, LightBox acquired Revere to strengthen its commercial real estate (CRE) capital markets offerings by integrating Revere’s networking and deal-execution platform with LightBox’s Real Capital Markets (RCM) product. The combined capabilities will be used to build an enhanced solution (LightBox Live) to better connect brokers, investors, lenders and other CRE market participants; customers of both platforms will continue to receive existing service and support.
