SJE Inc., a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired L.W. Allen LLC from Gen Cap America. L.W. Allen, a Madison, Wisconsin-based designer and manufacturer of water and wastewater control systems and pumps with about 45 employees, will join SJE's Engineered Products team to expand capacity and regional service capabilities.

LangeTech, founded in 2002 and headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, brings system integration, SCADA, control systems and aftermarket services—strengthening SJE's capabilities and U.S. footprint. Terms were not disclosed.
