Patrick Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ: PATK) has completed the acquisition of Elkhart, Indiana–based BTI Transport, a marine transportation provider. BTI will operate as Patrick Marine Transport, expanding Patrick's transportation and logistics capabilities for OEMs and dealers in the leisure lifestyle markets.

Patrick Industries Acquires Sportech from Monomoy Capital Partners for Approximately $315 Million

Patrick Industries agreed to acquire Sportech, a Minnesota-based designer and manufacturer of cab components and assemblies for powersports and adjacent OEM markets, for approximately $315 million. The all-cash transaction (funded with Patrick's cash and borrowings) is expected to close on or before January 24, 2024 and will make Sportech a wholly owned subsidiary of Patrick to support growth in the powersports/end markets and realize revenue and cost synergies.

Patrick Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of Elkhart, Indiana-based Transhield, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of protective covers and shrinkable packaging for marine, military, and industrial markets. Transhield was owned by Ancor Capital Partners and Midwest Mezzanine Funds; management will remain in place and Patrick expects manufacturing synergies and to leverage its footprint to grow Transhield's aftermarket channel.
