Patrick Industries Acquires Dowco, Inc.

Patrick Industries (NASDAQ: PATK) completed the acquisition of Dowco, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of boat covers, bimini tops, enclosures and marine accessories headquartered in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Dowco generated approximately $37 million in trailing-12-month revenue through April 2018 and will operate as a stand-alone brand within Patrick's portfolio; the seller was CMW Holding Company.

Patrick Industries Acquires Medallion Plastics

Patrick Industries Acquires Diamondback Marine (Diamondback Towers, LLC)

Patrick Industries Acquires Sportech from Monomoy Capital Partners for Approximately $315 Million

Patrick Industries agreed to acquire Sportech, a Minnesota-based designer and manufacturer of cab components and assemblies for powersports and adjacent OEM markets, for approximately $315 million. The all-cash transaction (funded with Patrick's cash and borrowings) is expected to close on or before January 24, 2024 and will make Sportech a wholly owned subsidiary of Patrick to support growth in the powersports/end markets and realize revenue and cost synergies.

Patrick Industries Acquires Medallion Instrumentation Systems

Patrick Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of Spring Lake, Michigan-based Medallion Instrumentation Systems, LLC, a provider of customized instrumentation and vehicle electronics for marine, RV, powersports, on-highway and military markets. The deal brings Medallion's engineering, display, sensor, controls and wire-harness capabilities into Patrick's component solutions portfolio and supports expansion of Patrick's technology offerings to OEM customers.
