Patrick Industries Acquires Taco Metals

Taco, a family-owned business for over 60 years, is projected to have approximately $40 million in 2020 revenue and will operate as a stand-alone brand within Patrick to expand its marine and aftermarket platform.

Patrick Industries Acquires Geremarie Corporation

Patrick Industries has completed the acquisition of Lake Zurich, Illinois-based Geremarie Corporation, a designer and manufacturer of high-precision aluminum components serving marine, medical, aerospace, defense and industrial markets. The company projected Geremarie's full-year 2020 revenues at approximately $44 million; the acquisition was funded under Patrick's existing credit facility and Geremarie will operate as a stand-alone business at its existing facility.

Patrick Industries Acquires Sportech from Monomoy Capital Partners for Approximately $315 Million

Patrick Industries agreed to acquire Sportech, a Minnesota-based designer and manufacturer of cab components and assemblies for powersports and adjacent OEM markets, for approximately $315 million. The all-cash transaction (funded with Patrick's cash and borrowings) is expected to close on or before January 24, 2024 and will make Sportech a wholly owned subsidiary of Patrick to support growth in the powersports/end markets and realize revenue and cost synergies.

Patrick Industries Acquires Sea-Dog Corporation and Sea-Lect Plastics

Patrick Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of Everett, Washington–based Sea-Dog Corporation and sister company Sea-Lect Plastics. The combined businesses (2020 revenues ~ $20 million) expand Patrick's marine aftermarket and injection-molding capabilities and are expected to be immediately accretive; the transaction was funded under Patrick's credit facility and preserves Sea‑Dog's brand and operations under the Nysether family management.
