Patrick Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of Diamondback Towers, LLC d/b/a Diamondback Marine, a Cocoa, Florida-based manufacturer of premium wakeboard/ski towers and marine accessories. Patrick said the acquisition aligns with its capacity expansion and automation strategies and will allow Diamondback Marine to continue operating under its existing name and facility while leveraging Patrick’s broader resources.
