Patrick Industries Acquires Synergy RV Transport

Patrick Industries completed the acquisition of Goshen, Indiana-based Synergy RV Transport, a transportation and logistics provider serving RV OEMs and dealers. Synergy reported approximately $46 million of 2019 revenue and will operate as a stand-alone brand within Patrick to expand its RV transport platform and network.

Patrick said the acquisition aligns with its capacity expansion and automation strategies and will allow Diamondback Marine to continue operating under its existing name and facility while leveraging Patrick’s broader resources.

Transhield was owned by Ancor Capital Partners and Midwest Mezzanine Funds; management will remain in place and Patrick expects manufacturing synergies and to leverage its footprint to grow Transhield's aftermarket channel.

Dowco generated approximately $37 million in trailing-12-month revenue through April 2018 and will operate as a stand-alone brand within Patrick's portfolio; the seller was CMW Holding Company.
