Patrick Industries Acquires Taco Metals

Patrick Industries, Inc. completed the acquisition of Taco Metals, LLC, a Miami-based manufacturer of marine products and accessories. Taco, a family-owned business for over 60 years, is projected to have approximately $40 million in 2020 revenue and will operate as a stand-alone brand within Patrick to expand its marine and aftermarket platform.

Patrick Industries Acquires Medallion Instrumentation Systems

The deal brings Medallion's engineering, display, sensor, controls and wire-harness capabilities into Patrick's component solutions portfolio and supports expansion of Patrick's technology offerings to OEM customers.

Patrick Industries Acquires Sportech from Monomoy Capital Partners for Approximately $315 Million

Patrick Industries agreed to acquire Sportech, a Minnesota-based designer and manufacturer of cab components and assemblies for powersports and adjacent OEM markets, for approximately $315 million. The all-cash transaction (funded with Patrick's cash and borrowings) is expected to close on or before January 24, 2024 and will make Sportech a wholly owned subsidiary of Patrick to support growth in the powersports/end markets and realize revenue and cost synergies.

Patrick Industries Acquires Diamondback Marine (Diamondback Towers, LLC)

Patrick said the acquisition aligns with its capacity expansion and automation strategies and will allow Diamondback Marine to continue operating under its existing name and facility while leveraging Patrick’s broader resources.

EIS Acquires Gerome Technologies, Inc.

EIS, a North American specialty distributor of electrical and electronic process materials, has acquired Gerome Technologies, a supplier and fabricator of molded and composite insulation products serving the power generation and electrical industries. The acquisition expands EIS' flexible and rigid insulation portfolio and fabrication capabilities to better serve OEM and aftermarket customers in the power generation market.
