Audax Private Equity Acquires EIS, Inc.

Audax Private Equity has completed its acquisition of EIS, Inc., a distributor, fabricator, and converter of electrical process materials, wire, cable and assemblies headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

(IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.
