Jennmar, a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, has acquired Weber Mining & Tunnelling SAS, a France-headquartered manufacturer of resins and foams for mining and tunnelling ground support. The acquisition expands Jennmar’s international footprint (manufacturing in France and Poland; sales/distribution in Turkey, Australia and Mexico) and adds Weber’s R&D-driven resin and foam capabilities to Jennmar’s product portfolio.

Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. acquired the remaining 65% interest in Alloy Steel Australia (Int) Pty Ltd, bringing Alloy Steel into full ownership. Alloy Steel, a Perth-based manufacturer of proprietary wear plate solutions, engineering services and digital monitoring for the mining sector (primarily Asia Pacific), generates approximately USD 50 million in annual revenue and will be reported in Lincoln Electric’s International Welding segment.
