CGI Acquires Celero's Credit Union Business Across Canada

CGI has acquired Celero’s credit union business, including master services agreements for managed services, core banking, digital banking and related IT services serving more than 90 credit unions across Canada. More than 150 Celero employees will join CGI as the business is integrated into CGI’s operations to expand and deepen its core banking and digital banking offerings for the Canadian credit union sector.
