Authority Brands Acquires DRYmedic Restoration Services

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners Acquires American Restoration from Soundcore Capital Partners

Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners have acquired American Restoration Operations LLC, a Dallas-headquartered provider of water, fire, mold and property restoration services. Soundcore Capital Partners sold the platform after a five-year hold during which it completed multiple add-on acquisitions; CEO Dan Tarantin will continue to lead the business as MSCP looks to accelerate growth across the company's eight regional brands and 10-state footprint.

Point 41 Capital Partners Forms Restoration Platform with Acquisitions of Georgia Water & Fire Restoration and Property Medics of Georgia

Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to support Point 41's acquisitions; terms were not disclosed.
