Gallant Capital Partners Acquires Pro-Vac from RLJ Equity Partners

Gallant Capital Partners has acquired Pro-Vac, a Puyallup, Washington–based provider of subsurface infrastructure services, from RLJ Equity Partners. Gallant said it will invest in the business to expand services, equipment and pursue organic growth and strategic acquisitions to accelerate revenue and geographic reach.
