Gallant Capital Partners Acquires Pro-Vac from RLJ Equity Partners

Gallant Capital Partners has acquired Pro-Vac, a Puyallup, Washington–based provider of subsurface infrastructure services, from RLJ Equity Partners. Gallant said it will invest in the business to expand services, equipment and pursue organic growth and strategic acquisitions to accelerate revenue and geographic reach.

Pro-Vac Acquires Vac-One

Pro-Vac, a Gallant Capital Partners–backed subsurface infrastructure services platform, has acquired Vac-One, a regional hydro-excavation and vacuum services provider headquartered in Deer Park, Texas. The deal, in which Vac-One was sold by funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, expands Pro-Vac's geographic footprint across the U.S. Gulf Coast and broadens its service capabilities in utility, municipal and energy end markets.

Pro-Vac Acquires Hydromax

The deal expands Pro-Vac’s subsurface infrastructure capabilities and strengthens its presence in South Texas, with Gallant committing additional capital to support growth of the combined business.

Integral Consulting Acquires Kinnetic Environmental

Boulder-based Integral Consulting Inc. has acquired Kinnetic Environmental, Inc., a Los Alamitos, California firm specializing in water and sediment quality studies, dredged materials investigations, and related permitting and monitoring services. The deal brings KEI’s marine and freshwater expertise into Integral’s science and engineering platform to expand water and sediment quality assessment and monitoring capabilities for government and industry clients.

VelocityEHS Acquires Kinetica Labs

VelocityEHS, the Chicago-based provider of cloud EHS and sustainability software, has acquired Ann Arbor-based Kinetica Labs, a developer of sensorless motion-capture and computer vision technology for workplace ergonomics. The acquisition brings Kinetica's AI and machine-learning capabilities into VelocityEHS's Industrial Ergonomics solution to accelerate product innovation and automated MSD risk assessments.

Exyte Acquires Kinetics Group

Exyte has agreed to acquire Kinetics Group from investment firm Quadriga Capital, expanding Exyte's capabilities in installation services, equipment and technical facility management for high‑tech sectors. Kinetics — a global provider serving semiconductors, biopharma and battery-cell markets with ~2,500 employees and >€500m revenue in 2023 — will operate within Exyte's Technology & Services business area to broaden Exyte's end-to-end offering.
