Whitcraft Acquires TECT Power

Whitcraft announced the acquisition of the stock of TECT Power, a manufacturer of complex rotating and structural airfoil components for turbine engines used across commercial aerospace, business jet, defense and industrial markets. The deal expands Whitcraft's manufacturing capabilities and integrates TECT Power's operations (in multiple U.S. states) into Whitcraft's platform; the purchase price and seller were not disclosed.

WHI Global (RVE Partners) Acquires Assets of Aero-Bond Corporation

WHI Global, a portfolio company of RVE Partners, has acquired the assets of Aero-Bond Corporation through affiliated vehicle Aerobond Composites, LLC. The acquisition brings composite fabrication capabilities (layup, compression molding, adhesive bonding, vulcanization) and AS9100/ISO 9001-certified capacity in Springfield, Massachusetts into WHI's aerospace manufacturing platform as part of RVE's buy-and-build strategy.

CD&R and Greenbriar Combine Paradigm Precision and Whitcraft to Create Pursuit Aerospace

Funds managed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) and Greenbriar Equity Group completed acquisitions of Paradigm Precision and Whitcraft Group and combined the businesses to form Pursuit Aerospace, a scaled manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components. The transaction aims to create a diversified, lean-focused supplier for commercial and military OEM engine platforms with leadership led by CEO Doug Folsom and Ray Conner as chairman.

Avmax Acquires Condor Aircraft Accessories

Wisk Aero Acquires Verocel Inc.

The acquisition brings over 50 specialized engineers and Verocel's qualified VeroTrace toolset into Wisk to accelerate certification of Wisk's Generation 6 autonomous eVTOL and provide enduring software-certification capability for the Boeing ecosystem.
