Unifiedpost Group Acquires Crossinx GmbH

Belgian fintech Unifiedpost Group has acquired a controlling stake in German e-invoicing and payments provider Crossinx GmbH in a deal valuing Crossinx at an upfront enterprise value of €100 million plus earn-outs. The transaction expands Unifiedpost's geographic footprint into the DACH region (notably Germany) and strengthens its order-to-cash and procure-to-pay offerings across e-invoicing, e-procurement, payments and supply chain finance.
