Longwater Opportunities, an operationally focused private equity firm, has acquired Jetta Corporation, an Edmond, Oklahoma-based manufacturer of acrylic bathtubs. Terms were not disclosed; Jetta was owned by a consortium of 43 investors and was represented in the sale by ClearRidge.

American Bath Group Acquires Vintage Tub & Bath

American Bath Group has acquired Vintage Tub and Bath, an e-commerce retailer of bathroom, kitchen and home products based in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Fairmount Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Vintage Tub & Bath; terms were not disclosed and the Vintage Tub team will remain as the buyer invests in the company's people, product assortment and technology platform.

Engineered Stone Group Acquires MTI Baths and Aquatica

The Engineered Stone Group (established by The Cranemere Group) acquired US-based MTI Baths and Europe-based Aquatica to expand its engineered stone and hydrotherapy bathing footprint in North America. The deals bring MTI's Sugar Hill, Georgia manufacturing and Aquatica's high-end solid surface/DTC capabilities into the ES Group portfolio, with both brands continuing to operate independently under existing management.

Roca Acquires RG International Bathroom's Bathroom Furniture Division from H.I.G. Capital and the Royo Family

Roca Sanitario S.A. has agreed to buy the bathroom furniture division of RG International Bathroom (RGIB) from H.I.G. Capital and the Royo family. The Royo family will retain a minority stake in the sold division while H.I.G. and the Royo family will remain shareholders in RGIB's shower tray business (Fiora); the deal is subject to antitrust approvals in certain European markets.

Kohler Acquires Kast Concrete Basins

Kohler Co. has acquired UK-based Kast Concrete Basins, a boutique designer and manufacturer of contemporary concrete basins and sinks, adding the brand to Kohler's Luxury Brands portfolio. Kast's founder Tim Bayes will serve as Managing Director/Head of Creative and the Nottinghamshire design centre and factory will continue producing its color-driven premium basin range for global showroom and specification channels. The acquisition expands Kohler's high-end bathroom offering and strengthens its expertise in concrete materials and bold color finishes.

Pacific Bath (Renuity) Acquires Home Forever Baths

Pacific Bath Company, part of the Renuity portfolio owned by Titan Holdings, has acquired Illinois-based Home Forever Baths. The add-on deal (closed August 1) brings Renuity/Pacific Bath into the Chicagoland market while Home Forever will continue to operate as an independent consumer-facing brand under existing leadership.
