Engineered Stone Group Acquires MTI Baths and Aquatica

The Engineered Stone Group (established by The Cranemere Group) acquired US-based MTI Baths and Europe-based Aquatica to expand its engineered stone and hydrotherapy bathing footprint in North America. The deals bring MTI's Sugar Hill, Georgia manufacturing and Aquatica's high-end solid surface/DTC capabilities into the ES Group portfolio, with both brands continuing to operate independently under existing management.

The acquisition is an add-on to ES Group’s bathroom-products platform to expand manufacturing capacity, broaden product offerings and strengthen its presence in Southern Europe; financial terms were not disclosed.
