American Bath Group has acquired Vintage Tub and Bath, an e-commerce retailer of bathroom, kitchen and home products based in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Fairmount Partners served as exclusive financial advisor to Vintage Tub & Bath; terms were not disclosed and the Vintage Tub team will remain as the buyer invests in the company's people, product assortment and technology platform.
