American Bath Group, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners, has completed the acquisition of DreamLine (Glass Technology Concepts, LLC) from affiliates of MPE Partners. DreamLine, headquartered in Warminster, Pennsylvania, is a designer and manufacturer of premium glass shower doors, enclosures, and accessories and will operate as a division of American Bath Group as a complementary, add-on acquisition.
