Easton Select Group’s Easton Pool & Spa division will assume management of the service relationships as part of the company's plan to expand its presence and customer base across the South Shore from Boston to Cape Cod.

Environmental Pools will continue to operate under its brand with co-owners Andrew and Corey Everleigh remaining in leadership roles (Andrew Everleigh becomes COO of Easton Select Group; Corey Everleigh becomes president of Environmental Pools). The acquisition expands Easton Select's New England footprint and adds design, construction and service capabilities to its platform.
