Easton Select Group Acquires Environmental Pools

Easton Select Group, backed by Brenton Point Capital, has acquired Environmental Pools, a luxury pool builder and service provider based in Bolton, Massachusetts. Environmental Pools will continue to operate under its brand with co-owners Andrew and Corey Everleigh remaining in leadership roles (Andrew Everleigh becomes COO of Easton Select Group; Corey Everleigh becomes president of Environmental Pools). The acquisition expands Easton Select's New England footprint and adds design, construction and service capabilities to its platform.
