The Engineered Stone Group Acquires Fiora and Nuovvo

The Engineered Stone Group, established by The Cranemere Group, has acquired Spanish engineered-stone bathroom manufacturers Fiora and Nuovvo. Fiora was sold by H.I.G. Capital and both deals expand ES Group’s manufacturing capacity, geographic reach and product offering across Europe as the group builds a multi-brand platform in engineered stone bathroom products.

Roca Acquires RG International Bathroom's Bathroom Furniture Division from H.I.G. Capital and the Royo Family

Roca Sanitario S.A. has agreed to buy the bathroom furniture division of RG International Bathroom (RGIB) from H.I.G. Capital and the Royo family.
