Italcer Group Acquires Ceramica Fondovalle

Italcer Group, a portfolio company of Miura Partners and Mindful Capital Partners, has acquired Ceramica Fondovalle, a long-standing Italian producer of large-format porcelain slabs. The add-on strengthens Italcer's product offering in large slabs and is expected to help the group reach around €370 million in revenue in 2022; Fondovalle reported ~€50 million in turnover for 2022.
